I remember listening to the first track, I Wanna Be Adored, on a old mix tape when I was about 10 or 11 in the cab of my Dad’s old pickup. Ever since that day I get an overwhelming feeling of nostalgia every time I put this album on. The feeling has lessened over time, but it was definitely a defining moment that I will never forget. Out of interest, another great track on the tape was There’s No Other Way by Blur… you gotta listen to that one too.
